How to Make Onion Volcano in Teppanyaki

In this video you can see Onion Volcano. This is one of the popular tricks in Teppanyaki. Slice onion is used to make onion volcano. Pill the onion and cut in half in middle that make make onion ring. The sliced onion, take  onion ring one by one. The ring is simply place on hot grill bigger one from the bottom to smaller one on the top as you see in the video.




Then, you put 40 percent alcohol. Like Vodka on it and make a light. You can move this volcano on grill with spatula or fork.
